Ситуация, когда корпорация покупает акции накануне выплаты дивидендов, получает дивиденды и затем продает акции. В связи с тем что корпорации почти не платят налог на дивидендный доход, доходность подобной операции может в два-три раза превысить доход за вычетом налога по казначейским векселям.
